You will find members of Stroller Strides who have been through everything on that list. So set aside your doubts, adjust your schedule and get out there! You won't regret the workout, you won't regret the friendships, and you certainly won't regret joining a community of supportive and kind moms who want to see you succeed. Make an appointment for your health, schedule it in your calendar and keep it like you would a doctor's appointment. Your body and your sanity will thank you! And remember, you don't have to be a size 2, or run a 6 minute mile....You just have to run faster than your child, and we can certainly help you with that!
