Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes cardio bursts and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. All fitness levels welcome. Our instructors keep in mind the postpartum mama and give modifications for every exercise. Crying baby? No worries, our instructors can help you with that!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

MamaWell is 42 week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood.

Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond.

MamaWell by FIT4MOM is the ultimate prenatal and postpartum
wellness guide. Learn how to safely to move throughout
your pregnancy and nourish your body and spirit while you gather knowledge from top pre and postnatal experts.

Your enrollment includes 42-weeks of exercise videos, birth preparation and nutritional guidance, customized for each week of your pregnancy plus, a private Facebook group.

FIT4BABY is our prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. Class is an hour long, interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching, and balancing exercises (you WILL SWEAT). ALL stages of pregnancy welcome.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength. Body Back is for any woman who is looking to transform herself on the inside and out - not just for moms! Women cannot be pregnant or less than 4 months postpartum to attend Body Back.

Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests!
