FIT4BABY is our prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes cardio bursts and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. All fitness levels welcome. Our instructors keep in mind the postpartum mama and give modifications for every exercise. Crying baby? No worries, our instructors can help you with that!
Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month we host free activities and playdates for the moms in our community. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests!
