Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes cardio bursts and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. All fitness levels welcome. Our instructors keep in mind the postpartum mama and give modifications for every exercise. Crying baby? No worries, our instructors can help you with that!
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, ﬁtness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
FIT4BABY is our prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. Class is an hour long, interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching, and balancing exercises (you WILL SWEAT). ALL stages of pregnancy welcome.more
