It's FALL!! Time to get COZY! So we are going all out on the cozy feels for this Mom's Night Out.

What do you get when you combine free massages, a chunky blanket workshop, a pelvic floor PT workshop, wine and food, and MOMS??? The best Mom's Night Out ever!

We will begin the night at 7:30 with a short presentation from one of our favorite Pelvic Floor PT's from Rausch PT, then we will make those famous, cozy chunky blankets while we each take turns getting free mini massages and eat and drink!

You will go home with a brand new blanket, more education about postnatal recovery, a relaxed neck, and lots of new mom friends.

And the best part?? The workshop and massages are FREE! All you need to do is purchase the yarn for the blanket (venmo @fit4momsouthoc, see below), and bring an appetizer to share. We'll provide drinks.

Everyone can do this - it's VERY easy!

Don't want to knit a blanket but still want to come hang-out? PLEASE JUST COME!

FOR THE YARN YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS:

1. Venmo @fit4momsouthoc $40 for 4 skeins of yarn by October 15th. In the venmo comments section, tell us what colors to get you (make sure the color you choose has 4 in stock at the mission viejo store in the link below).

Example: 1 vintage, 2 pale grey, 1 black.

Ex: 4 vintage.

Ex: 2 black, 2 pale grey.

Ex: 4 mineral lilac

If we get the yarn for you, you just need to pick colors that are in stock at the store. There are sooo many colors to choose from.

2. Or get 4-6 skeins of Bernat Blanket BIG yarn at your nearest Michaels or craft store and just bring it with you!

3. Or just come! I'll have some basic colors of yarn to purchase from me there (grey, ivory), for anyone who doesn't want to have to plan ahead (I mean who does?)

Babies under 1 are always welcome.
