Happy Halloween Fit4Mamas! I am so excited for this Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Party! Below are some of the fun activities we have planned!

Bring a small to medium sized pumpkin for the Pumpkin-themed Stroller Strides. When buying, think about how you'll be using it as a weight.

- Kids Costume party (kids are encouraged to wear a costume)

- Post workout TRUNK OR TREAT (decorate your trunk and let’s have our sweet kiddos trick or treat from car to car!) - Don't forget to bring enough candy for about 30 kiddos.

- Spooky halloween games!

- Creepy crawly Halloween sensory bins!

- Treats/snacks

- Prizes for best trunks!
