Which of course makes her a perfect fit for our super awesome outdoors workouts! Kylee is always on board to grab a good burger and beer but when it comes to sausage eating contests, she is most definitely a champion!

Hometown: Lake Havasu City, Arizona

How long have you lived in Orange County? 1 year

Tell us about your family: My husband, Dalton, and I met how any reputable couple meets, in a bar. We have been married for 8 years this November and together for 11 years. We worked very hard when we were younger so we could explore and adventure around as much as we could. We were both active members in our community being on multiple charity boards, both achieved Top 40 under 40 recognition, and planned extensive fundrasier events for the teachers. After 6 years of marriage we embarked on a new adventure of becoming parents. Brexton was born June 2021. He, by far, is our greatest adventure thus far and defenitly keeps us on our toes.

Current/Previous career: Before being a stay at home mom I was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 11 years. I worked in an outpatient sports medicine clinic and I loved it. I contemplate going back to work but might wait until Brexton starts school.

If someone had to describe you in one word, what would it be and why? Dedicated. I believe there are no short cuts to any place worth going.

How did you find FIT4MOM South OC? Having newly moved to Dana Point I saught out to find myself a work out group of some sort. I would run or walk different parks each day in hopes to find a group of strollers somewhere. After a month of no luck I took to Google. I searched mom fitness groups near me and viola there was Fit4Mom.

How has FIT4MOM South OC changed your life? I was very lonely and in a dark place having just moved from Arizona with a newly 1 year old. We had left every piece of family back in lake Havasu. I left my career, my friends, the only city I had ever lived in for my husband because he had an amazing career opportunity. Finding Fit4Mom gave me a reason to leave the house each day and has brought such wonderful women into my life. It also provided a safe space for being a new mom and all the crazy that comes along with that. It gave me a sense of community that I was really missing from back home. And bonus, it is a workout outdoors! It has been a year since I found Fit4Mom and I havn't lifted off the gas pedal yet.

What was the first class that you attended? What was the last class that you attended? First class was a year ago at Dana Point Harbor with Madeline as my instructor. The last class was Taryns awesome 80s themed class at the Outlets.

What is your favorite workout move or class layout? What workout move or class layout makes you feel strong? I enojoy anything that involves the posterior chain. I love to lift heavy weights but the cardio queen in me loves running as well.

What was your favorite thing about Back to School as a kid? Back to school shopping. All the clothes and all the supplies.

Crazy for Pumpkin Spice everything or No, thank you! I love pumpkin everything but not until October. Slow your roll Starbucks!

Do you look forward to Fall? Or do you have another season that is your favorite? I love Fall. Despite living in Arizona my whole life I do not like the heat.
