FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Classes run in 6 week sessions.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Our Village®

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

Strength for Motherhood➡️ Today’s theme for #bodyback. Everyone warns you of the no sleep you’ll get when you become a mom. They warn you about the terrible twos, and the “just wait until they’re a teenager”. But no one warns you of the sheer strength you’ll need as a mom. The everyday stuff. During our warm up, we talked about instances that we literally needed strength for motherhood. We chatted & shared stories of #motherhood. The things no one warns you about. Like the quick thinking and pure agility that’s required to get to your child before they dart to a busy street, that when you turn your back for a second your toddler would manage to get outside and cut his lip wide open trying to eat a snail shell(⬅️true story I promise), that you’d have to leap over picnic tables (because it’s quicker than running the long way around) in attempt to catch your baby from falling from atop that park slide. Motherhood is a sport. Sometimes it’s a sprint, other times a marathon. You need strength for it, you do. Find out more about Holly ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ __________________________ Hey, Holly here! I am mama to Gavin (3 1/2 years) and Maeve (7 months). I decided to become an instructor because I love Stroller Strides and I love making friends, it just seems like the perfect combination of all my passions. Gavin and I strided in Colorado Springs for his first year of life before we moved to Toledo, OH where there wasn't a FIT4MOM close by. I missed it A LOT and realized how much of an impact it made on me as a woman, mom and wife. I'm happy to be a part of the South OC village and so excited to bring that special joy only #FIT4MOM gives to each mama. I love to run, bike, hike, laugh, and soak up the sun. To get through the hard stuff in fitness I repeat in my mind "She Can and She Will" and in motherhood I use "this too shall pass" but in general I just try to remind myself "it can always be worse". I'm really excited to work out with you guys even though Gavin has repeatedly told me, "I don't want you to be 'sturctor." lol #themotherhooisreal
