WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®/Stroller Barre®/Strides 360®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks & toys for kiddos, a mat or towel, and maybe a stroller fan/mister and/or cooling towel on hot days. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing. If you are coming kid-free, all you need is a mat and water, but having a stroller to carry your things is always nice.

WHERE TO PARK: Park at the Dana Point Harbor Yacht Club on the island section of Dana Point Harbor. To get there, drive across the bridge, turn right, and keep driving until you can't anymore. We will be meeting on the grass before the parking lot in front of the Yacht Club.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout clothes. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Please try to arrive a few minutes early to allow plenty of time to get the kiddos out of the cars and entertained in the stroller. We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early to your first few classes, until you learn where we normally go and can find us.

IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: Make sure you've signed up for text updates, prior to a rainy-day, by texting YESMAMA to 949-373-3785, to find out if class is moved the morning of rain. Class is moved to the Outlets at San Clemente underground parking garage. We begin class near the entrance to the escalators - you can't miss the mamas and their strollers. We stay dry the entire time - it's a very large parking garage. You will get out of the car dry, workout dry, and get back in the car completely dry, and we still move from station to station so those kiddos stay happy and we get some cardio.
