WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®/Stroller Barre®/Strides 360®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing. For Strides 360®, if you are coming kid free all you need is water!

WHAT TO BRING (Body Back®): Please bring water and a towel. If you have any hand weights that's great, bring them. Otherwise, the instructor will have a set for you on hand.

WHERE TO PARK: Once you come down the hill on Cedarbrook Ave, the park will be on your right with two large playgrounds. You won't miss it!

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout gear. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Class starts right by the concession stand near the playgrounds. We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early your first few classes!

Speciality Stroller Strides classes are offered quarterly in collaboration with the AVCA before the Children's Hullaballoo concert series as well as our FITNESS in the Lawn: HIIT with FIT4MOM!

WHERE TO PARK: There is plenty of parking at the Town Center near Edwards Cinema in a large lot!

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout gear near the large water fountain. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early your first few classes!

WHERE TO PARK: Class will begin near the parking lot next to the basketball courts. If you do not have a park pass, you can park in the parking lot for $1/hr. Additional free parking on Pacific Coast Highway.

We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early your first few classes so you don't miss us.

WHERE TO PARK: Class meets next to the playground just inside the main entrance of the park (turn left once you enter). Parking costs $3 in the park (Free with the OC Parks Pass) or can also park for free at the nearby La Paz Sport Park located behind Whole Foods on the corner of Aliso Creek Road & La Paz Road. Give yourself an extra five to ten minutes if you are parking at the sports park to walk in.

  • ​You are welcome to park either in one of the six visitor spots marked P1-P6 in the back lot on Ave Granada, or on Ave Del Mar or at the public lot at the Library.
  • Please note: the space is on the second level with no elevator. If you wish to bring a stroller, you may park it near the staircase on the first floor.

Cost:
Attendance is donation-based, but no one will be turned away. Donations support the cost to rent the space.

WHERE TO PARK: There is plenty of parking in the large parking lots. Cost to park without a state parking pass.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout gear near the bathrooms. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Please try to arrive a few minutes early and pre-enroll for all Run Club Meetups.

WHERE TO PARK: There is plenty of free parking in the large parking lot so park near the back of the lot closer to Golden Lantern. The front of the lot is near all the restaurants and the harbor, but just park closer to the main street so we don't miss you.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Please try to arrive a few minutes early and pre-enroll for all Run Club Meetups.

WHERE TO PARK: There is plenty of parking in the large parking lot. Enter and exit the Awma Road parking lot via Alicia Parkway only. Parking Fee: $3 daily. Machine accepts $1 bills and quarters or Visa/Master Card. Annual passes available to purchase in the park office.
