Lake Forest Sports Park



WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®/Stroller Barre®/Strides 360®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, a mat or towel, and hand sanitizer/cleaning wipes if you'd like. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing. For Strides 360®, if you are coming kid-free all you need is water!

WHAT TO BRING (Body Well®): Please bring water and a towel. If you have any hand weights that's great, bring them. Otherwise, the instructor will have a set for you on hand.

WHERE TO PARK: Park in Parking Lot #2 and meet us at the North Tot Lot (playground), in between baseball fields 2 & 3. There are two playgrounds. We will NOT meet at the one closest to the Recreation Center. Parking is free.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout gear. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Class starts right near the playground. We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early to your first few classes until you get know where we usually travel and can find us. If you arrive late, you may have to walk around the park to find us.

IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: Make sure you are subscribed to text updates, prior to a rainy-day, by texting YESMAMA to 949-373-3785, to be informed about class status on a rainy day. If rain will be a slight drizzle, we will have class around covered picnic tables. If there is a 100% chance of rain DURING class time, class will be cancelled. We wait until the morning of class to decide if class is cancelled, due to the ever-changing forecast.
