Calling all pregnant mamas! This class is just for YOU! This is the only prenatal class in South Orange County. So if you're looking for prenatal yoga, this is as close as it gets in our county.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy. Each class is designed to help you feel great during your pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Join us for our GRAND OPENING! Come meet other pregnant moms and swap stories about your growing peanuts . We'll have goodie bags for the first 25 moms to enroll, and some lucky moms will go home with raffles prizes! Bring your pregnant friends for free!
