Join us for a Mindful Parent + Me Meet Up led by the Coregulated Parenting team! Our meet up will include developmentally appropriate mindfulness activities including but not limited to breath work, body movement and emotional recognition that focus on regulation, building confidence and finding a synergy between parent and child.
