How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email southoc@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership and fill out a Cancel Membership Form. All cancellation requests and form submissions must be received in writing 30 days before the next payment is due. All hold requests must be received 15 days before the next payment is due. There is a hold fee of $20. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months, and now more than 2 hold periods per year. Our system auto-prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
