Meet the New Instructors!

Meet the Newest Editions to Our Team

We're ready for the Soft Opening! We've added some pretty great instructors to our team. If you've been with us before you may remember them from class, either as a friend in class or already as an instructor. But if you're new, you're going to LOVE these mamas! All of them are warm and welcoming and ready to help you reach your goals - meeting you right where you're at.

Our classes are for ALL levels. If you've never worked out a day in your life, our instructors know exactly what exercises to start you off with. Or if you're a professional athlete - you won't be left wanting.

Please Welcome....

Abby Pingle

Abby was very active in Fit4Mom South OC before the closing. I could expect to see her at almost any class I went to, always with a friendly "Hey, how ya doin'?" And I knew if I had any questions about proper form for a certain exercise that I could just watch her for a perfect example. She was also at all the Mom's Nights Out, usually one of the last to leave, chatting with everyone there, offering hair tips, keeping the party goin'. She's just fun!

Here's what she has to say:

"Hi there! I’m Abby, and I’m a mom to Ramona, who is 6 and Maisie, who is 3. I am excited to be joining the team as an instructor! I used to do CrossFit, but I fell off the workout wagon when I had kids. I started doing stroller strides after I had Maisie, and I am so glad that I did! I have met so many amazing moms and kiddos throughout this!

I grew up in Illinois, but I’ve been in Orange County since 2006. My husband is also a fellow Midwesterner, from Ohio. I’m also a hairstylist in Costa Mesa! I look forward to meeting all of you, and we can show our kids what it means to be strong and healthy!"

Amanda March

Amanda instructed for Fit4Mom South OC before the closing and was one of my favorite instructors. She always had great songs and activities to entertain the kiddos as well as ice-breakers for the mom's to get to know each other. All of that, and she provided a killer workout. I always felt perfectly challenged at every class. She also always hung out after class while the kids played and made all the moms feel welcome, just by being herself - their friend. You can tell she really cares about #allthemoms.

Amanda is mama to Jaxon (7) and Kane (4). She worked in the field of education and counseling until Kane was born and decided to become a full-time mama. She soon found FIT4MOM and knew that she had found “her people”. First, she started with Stroller Strides and then found a love for the Body Back workouts. She became an instructor because she wanted to share the same positive experience she had in finding FIT4MOM with other new mama’s. Outside of Stroller Strides she is usually outdoors keeping up with her active boys either at the river, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, or at the beach.

Stephanie Fluger

Many of you may remember Stephanie when she was a Fit4Momber a couple years ago, before she moved up North. I hadn't moved here yet, so am just getting to know her myself. But from the virtual workouts I've seen of hers, and the time I've spent with her already - I'm excited to take her classes!

She exudes non-judgementalness (if that's a word!). She really amplifies the spirit of Fit4Mom. You Do You! She also really understands the postpartum body and what it needs to recover safely and regain all the strength.

Stephanie recently moved back to Orange County with her husband, two children, Neil (4) & Deena (2 1/2), and their family dog, Chowda. She grew up in Southern California in a sports-minded family and did a variety of activities from soccer & tennis to discus & rowing. Throughout her life, Stephanie always found the importance of having a community. After her son Neil was born, Stephanie found Fit4Mom which became the perfect community of women she was looking for. She recognizes that motherhood is a roller coaster of excitement and struggles, but what keeps moms sane are the people they surround themselves with that provide unwavering support. Stephanie loves meeting new people and learning about other people's motherhood experiences. In her free time, she and her family love going outdoors for all seasons, skiing, biking, hiking, and traveling, and of course, coffee and wine.
