INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 TBSP onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 "Wrap"
- 8” whole-wheat tortilla
- 2 small corn tortillas
- 4 purple cabbage leaves
- 4 Romaine leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Add chicken and broth to a small pan over medium heat.
- lf cooking from raw, make sure chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
- Add peppers and onions, mix and saute until vegetables are soft, and liquid is cooked off completely.
- Spoon mixture over one half of the wrap of your choice.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, fruits, or a small salad.
