Quick Chicken Wrap

Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 TBSP onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 "Wrap"
    • 8” whole-wheat tortilla
    • 2 small corn tortillas
    • 4 purple cabbage leaves
    • 4 Romaine leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add chicken and broth to a small pan over medium heat.
  2. lf cooking from raw, make sure chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
  3. Add peppers and onions, mix and saute until vegetables are soft, and liquid is cooked off completely.
  4. Spoon mixture over one half of the wrap of your choice.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, fruits, or a small salad.
